Arc welding simulator (DTS-06)

Arc welder simulator (DTS-06) is destined for operational evaluation of arc welding specialists’ professional skill level.

Taught has an opportunity to lead an initial welding for hardware orientation under auspices of instructor. Then, testing welding can be made in order to estimate a professional skill level of weldor. Different estimation methods are used for estimation expectation of all welding process types. Training and testing of welders are made for real process of MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG welding.

• Welding process job entry (from panel or formerly saved job file)
• Measurement, processing, computation and reflection of welding process parameters and scratch signals in a real time
• Grade estimation of leaded welding (it’s possible several run of welding under the one estimation)
• after graph estimation to 12 (hereinbefore) parameters of welding process
• Saving tasks in terms of operating system files for estimation of different welding process types for simulator speed setting on a specific process.
• Saving resulting data of estimation in terms of operating system files for following analysis

Simulator can be used in educational institutions, specializing in arc welders training, major welding farms for attestation and merit rating of its welders, or in specializing organization, engage in supervision, training and retraining of specialists in the field of arc welding.

Simulator is a program-technical complex consisting of:

• table personal computer;
• table block of mechanical interface with particularized electrode support;
• welding bench;
• welder
