Welding training simulator (MDTS-05M)

Low-amperage arc weldor simulator is destined for various psychomotor skills of welding conducting-arc ignition and upkeep of its stability, holding of instruments properly angle of slope, welding speed, and also, welding conducting in different space attitude position of weld work-piece.

Weldor simulator 05М use hardware-software interface LabVIEW. Simulator software allows:

• to type in basic data of simulated weldor process in conversational mode;
• to reflect operational factors of weldor process on monitor display;
• to carry out back coupling with the taught, immediate at the time of welding, through the automatic beeping. («Auditory cue»), thereby correcting action of the taught in-line;
• to control a correctness of weldor process conducting individual parameters and the whole process in bulk;
• to conduct statistical analysis of simulating results, with the calculation of expectation and dispersion of controlled parameters;
• to get an estimation of performance standards of welding;
• to document results of simulating in tabular and graphical view on optical, magnetic and paper media.
